We have been letting you know over the past couple of months how excited we are that Peak Internet will be joining us in using the same billing vendor. Today, you now see a co-branded online presence when you pay your bill which provides a “cleaner” look. Additionally, while currently you can only log into your Pioneer
account, very soon you will be able to log into either your Pioneer or Peak account. Also, in an effort to consolidate and be more efficient in our billing efforts, those Pioneer members who have been receiving a bill from both Pioneer and Peak, will begin receiving a single bill from Pioneer in 2014. Our target date for this single bill is the February invoice.
We are hopeful that this will simplify billing solutions for our Members as well as affording cross-billing opportunities between both Pioneer and Peak.
