PEAK and Pioneer engineers will be performing firmware updates on core network equipment this Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 3:00am.  This will affect all Pioneer services including Broadband and Telephone service. Expected downtime may be up to 30 minutes.

Your broadband service should be restored automatically, but if it does not come up by 4:00am, you may need to power-cycle your modem.  If you still have connectivity issues, PEAK Technical Support is available at 541-754-7325.
