Network Transparency Disclosure

Pioneer manages a broadband network of connectivity but does not provide internet access directly; currently, only PEAK Internet is providing Internet access to Pioneer customers.

PEAK Internet is a staunch supporter of Network Neutrality and the underlying principle that the public Internet is an open platform for innovation, investment, job creation, economic growth, competition, and free expression.

In accordance with FCC Rule and Order FCC 10-201, in the Matter of Preserving of the Open Internet Broadband Industry Practices, PEAK Internet discloses the following:

PEAK Internet does not impose any configuration, software, technology, or other methods or devices, to selectively discriminate against lawful network traffic, content, applications, services or non-harmful devices.

PEAK Internet reserves the right to selectively prefer or give higher priority to network traffic, content, applications, services, and devices that are used for the management, monitoring, traffic routing and forwarding, configuration, or other functions or process of either our own or our Customers’ networks, systems, or software.

PEAK Internet reserves the right to reduce, limit, or discard network traffic, content, applications, services, and devices that cause or contribute to network or systems congestion, degradation of service, or reduction of available network or systems capacity.
