The Rules

• This is a non-smoking facility. (We do have ash trays on the porches.)
• No pets allowed. (We have two cats who will not allow it.)
• Young adults 10 years of age are welcome.  Age limit does not apply if all 6 rooms are rented by the same party.
• Prepaid reservations are required.
• Visa and Master Charge are accepted.
• Limited disabled access. Please call for information.
• Check in time is after 3:00 pm.  Please advise if you will be later. We are a "destination" (see Fun stuff to do.)
• Check out is 10:30 am.

• We are located half way between the central Oregon coast towns of Florence and Yachats (Like YA-Hooo! but YA - Hots!) on Highway 101.
• We are one half mile North of the world famous "Sea Lion Caves."
• We are at "Mile marker #178 & 1/8th.

How to get here. (You may want to print this page and bring it along.)

• From Interstate-5 South:
• Take the "Santa Clara - Florence" 195B exit just North of Eugene.  This road is "Beltline Rd."
• Stay on Beltline until it dead ends at West 11th..  That will be Highway 126.
• Turn right and stay on 126 until you reach Florence. (About 60 miles.)
• Turn right on Hwy. 101 (first stop light) and go 12 miles North.
• Look for the landmarks listed below.

LAND MARKS: (as you are going North out of Florence on Hwy. 101)

• Sea Lion Caves...you are about one half mile away. You can see us from there. That beautiful lighthouse and large white house with a red roof.
• Tunnel...you are getting very close.
• Heceta Lighthouse "State Scenic Viewpoint" (formerly Devil's Elbow State Park) Sign with lighthouse on it ..... about 100 feet to go.
• Driveway on your left with a bar across it. Says: "Authorized vehicles only."
• YOU ARE HERE!
• Don't forget how to open the gate and "lock" it back.

If you are on Hwy. 101 going South:

LAND MARKS: (from North to South)

• Lincoln City
• Depot Bay
• Newport
• Walport
• Yachats.
• Cape Perpetua.
• Merial Posner Wayside.
• Carl Washburn State Park.
• Hair pen curve sign. (25mph or slower)
• Green sign straight in front of you as you enter this hair pen curve says: "Heceta Head"
• Mile marker 178  go slow.
• First driveway on your Right.  A bar across it. Says: "Authorized Vehicles Only."
• YOU ARE HERE!
• Don't forget how to open the gate and please "lock" it back.
