Call Forwarding Remote Activation

To activate Call Forwarding Remote Activation

1. Dial the remote activation access number (your prefix + 1230, ie 929-1230). When prompted, enter your telephone number.
2. Enter personal identification number when prompted (see note 1 below).
3. Enter *72 to forward ALL calls to another number. Confirm your selection when prompted.
4. Dial the number you wish your calls to be forwarded to. Listen to the promts to activate the Call Forwarding Service.

To cancel Call Forwarding Remote Activation

1. Repeat steps 1 thru 2 from above.
2. When prompted to enter a Feature Code, enter *73 to deactivate Call Forwarding. Listen to the prompt to confirm deactivation.
   

 

 

Notes:

1. Prior to using Remote Activation for the first time, you must call Pioneer Telephone and choose a Personal Identification Number to use when activating this service. Your default PIN is the last 4-digits of your telephone number.
2. Calls forwarded to long distance telephone numbers will be charged to you.
