Represent Pioneer in Washington D.C.

If you're a high school Junior living in the Pioneer Telephone serving area, CHECK THIS OUT!

Pioneer Telephone is sponsoring one high school junior to represent our Cooperative in the Foundation for Rural Service Youth Tour to Washington D.C.

1. Get a firsthand look at the telecommunications industry
2. Learn about government processes
3. Visit the Washington Monument, the Smithsonian Institution, the National Cathedral, the U.S. Capitol, and Arlington National Cemetery
4. Meet other high school students from rural communities across the country and form friendships that can last a lifetime

Travel to Washington D.C. June 5 - June 9, 2010

If you would like to represent Pioneer Telephone in Washington D.C., please submit the following information on or before March 5, 2010 at 5:00 pm.

Academic resumé must include the following:

1. grade-point average
2. interests
3. extracurricular activites
4. honors and awards
5. any work experience
6. current plans for after high school
7. why you would like to represent Pioneer Telephone
