IMPORTANT: System Upgrade beginning September 3rd
Beginning September 3rd between 11:59 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on September 4th, we will be performing a system-wide infrastructure upgrade. You may experience a short disruption of service as our equipment is being upgraded. Once the upgrade is completed it may be necessary for you to turn your modem and computer off, wait a full minute and then turn it back on.
